In its early years, IwonaTEC became a well-known name in computer accessories for many customers in the German-Dutch border region and the Netherlands, thanks to its presence at computer trade fairs and shows. To this day, those experiences — above all, putting the customer first as much as possible — remain among IwonaTEC's most important principles.
After sales were expanded in subsequent years through online auction sites and other online platforms, the next step followed in 2003: the launch of our own online shop. Today, this remains our most important sales channel, and it was completely rebuilt from scratch in 2013 to respond even more precisely to the trends and developments of this fast-changing industry.
IwonaTEC's focus lies at the intersection between resellers and end customers. The online shop offers end customers a broad product portfolio, while registered resellers can access that same range of products on special terms.
IwonaTEC's product portfolio currently comprises around 10,000 products and is continually expanded to keep pace with current trends and innovations in the fast-changing IT industry. The portfolio's focus is on the core areas of computer hardware, PC components, notebooks, mobile computing, multimedia, and accessories. In response to the changing needs and expectations of computer users, our range and prices have been continuously optimized for customers ever since. As part of our ongoing expansion, the range has grown over the years to include lighting & energy, home & garden accessories, storage boxes, and drugstore items.
