Warehouse Pick-up
Of course, pick-up is possible at our warehouse in Germany (IwonaTEC GmbH, Gladbacher Str. 69, 52525 Heinsberg, Germany). Unfortunately, pick-up is not possible at any other location.
Warehouse Pick-up is only available during our collection hours: Mon to Fri 9:00 to 16:00, and Sat by appointment only.
To arrange a pick-up time outside our collection hours, please call us (+49 (0) 2452 97708-28, Mon–Fri 9:00–16:00) or use our contact form.
Warehouse Pick-up is, of course, free of charge (no shipping costs).
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by card in our warehouse, only cash payments!
